You can search my website to find what product(s) you want to order by filling out the registration form, clicking on products and logging in. You may also find products by clicking on the categories on the lower left side of the page. When you find something click the "Add to Cart" button and the product will be put into a shopping cart.
When will I receive my order?
In most cases you should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Do you ship outside the USA?
No, at the present time my suppliers only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. The credit cards are processed through an extremely secure credit card processing company.
Is my order and personal information secure?
Yes, absolutely. I do not, and never will share your information with third parties. I am not involved with any e-mail exchange, phone or personal information sharing rings. The information I collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by me to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If I'm not satisfied with my order can I return it?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in it's "As New" condition within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. DO NOT return items without emailing me at email@example.com for authorization.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, I will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify me within 24 hrs of placing an order. If you want to cancel your order, please e-mail me within the 24 hour period at firstname.lastname@example.org . If the product has been shipped by my supplier the order can not be cancelled.
How do I return a product?
Returning unwanted product: If you need to return a product, e-mail me at email@example.com with your order number before returning the item and I will provide return details and the return office address. All shipping charges will be your responsibility. Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item by e-mailing me firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you offer rush deliveries?
If there is a need for a rush delivery please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you. There will be additional cost.
How do I care for my beach towel after I purchase it?
The manufacturers recommend wash in warm water and tumble dry on low.
How do I enter your free drawing?
It's as easy as filling out our registration form. You will be entered if you are in the first 100 to do so.
Do you dropship?
Yes, I can send the order to someone else. Please include this information in your order comments.
What if my product is on backorder?
You will be notified by e-mail and asked if you want to substitute it with a different item. Otherwise I will hold the order until the product is available.
Will I be charged state sales tax?
Only Pennsylvania residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
